MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

To become a registered member of the Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW) Lagos Chapter, you must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Educational Qualification
Possession of a minimum of a Certificate in Social Work from a recognized tertiary institution.

2. Payment of Required Fees
Applicants must pay the necessary registration and membership fees as determined by the Lagos Chapter.

3. Sector (Field of Social Work Practice) – Social Welfare, Community Development, NGO, Medical, Social Work Educator, Private Social Workers, Student
If you have a criminal record, you will not be eligible for registration. During the registration process, we may require a police report or other relevant documents. If you meet all the requirements, call NASoW Secretariat on 08172872754 or send a mail to
nasowlagos@yahoo.com, OR info@nasow-lagos.org for the registration form and payment details.

Caveat: That any false or untrue information provided by applicant automatically cancels the application. And the association could go a step further in reporting such applicant to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.
