TESSY UKWUOMA OZOBIALU
Tessy Ukwuoma Ozobialu is a Professional Social Worker, Trained Teacher, Certified Life Skills Coach, Certified Humanitarian, and a passionate Personal Development Advocate. She brings several years of hands-on experience across various fields, particularly in teaching, mentoring, and working with registered institutions that provide shelter and care for both regular and special needs individuals.
She holds a B.Sc. in Social Work & Administration and a Diploma in Law from the University of Jos, Plateau State. She also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the University of Lagos, a Proficiency Certificate in Humanitarian Studies from the Institute for Humanitarian Studies and Social Development. She is also a trained substance use prevention practitioner under the Colombo Plan's Universal Prevention Curriculum (UPC) disseminated by The Shelter Youth and Community Network (The Shelter NGO)
Tessy Ukwuoma Ozobialu is the Executive Director of Pace Setters Integrated Social Intervention Initiative, a non-profit organization focused on empowering vulnerable individuals and communities through education, life skills, and psychosocial support. Over the years, she has participated in numerous professional trainings, which have strengthened her capacity in humanitarian services, child protection, and personal development coaching.
She currently serves as the Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW), Lagos State Chapter,
Tessy is committed to developing individuals through life skills training, self-awareness programs, and strategic mentoring. She is tactful, focused, goal-oriented, and known for her intelligence, excellent communication skills, and collaborative spirit.
